Workshop | Friday, Jan 10
7 -8:15pm | $25

Bask in the gentle glow of candlelight as you embark on a deeply relaxing journey of self-care and renewal. This special evening begins with 50 minutes of restorative yoga, where supported, gentle poses will help release tension, calm the mind, and reconnect with your breath.

Nestled in a state of relaxation, we’ll transition into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation—a transformative practice of yogic sleep that invites you to rest deeply, release what no longer serves you, and awaken to your inner wisdom.

Perfectly timed with the energy of the Wolf Moon, this workshop encourages reflection, courage, and connection, helping you align with your intentions for the year ahead.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply an evening of rest, this candlelit experience offers a tranquil sanctuary for mind, body, and soul.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, your yoga mat, and any props that help you relax (blankets, bolsters, or eye pillows). A limited number of props will be available.

Spaces are limited for this intimate gathering—reserve your spot today to step into the magic of stillness and renewal.
